E.ON is fully committed to the Energy Ombudsman. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve your complaint after following our usual complaints procedure, you can refer it to the Energy Ombudsman.

The Energy Ombudsman is a free and independent service which is empowered to resolve disputes between customers and their energy companies that have not been resolved within 8 weeks.
