Forgotten your Username or Password?

Don't worry, just follow our forgotten username or forgotten password process and you'll soon be able to manage your account online again.

Worried about a security certificate message on our website?

We have recently updated our website security certificate. This security certificate is verified by a registered authority. Because this authority has recently been set up we have been advised that some customers' computers may not recognise the authority and therefore warns customer that the certificate may have expired or may not be valid.

If you do get this message you will have the option to select to continue using the website, although you will get a message saying that this option is not recommended. We have confirmed the certificate is valid and it is safe for you to proceed to the website.

You can update your root certificates through the normal windows update, or you can visit the Microsoft website to do it manually.

If you’re not a Microsoft user please check with your individual operating systems vendor for instructions on how to update your root certificates.

If you'd like to join us

Switch your gas and electricity to E.ON and join us as a new customer. Call us on 0800 051 0760, or you can easily get a quote and sign up online.

If you've just joined us

If you’ve recently signed up with E.ON as a new customer and you’ve got some questions about your transfer to us you can call us on 0845 303 4010.

Moving Home

If you're moving home, call us on 0845 303 3020 and we'll manage the transfer of your gas and electricity. Alternatively, if you manage your account online, you can complete our Moving Home form.
