Please read this important safety advice:
- Extinguish all naked flames and don't smoke
- Don't switch on/off any electrical appliances, including light switches
- Open doors and windows for ventilation
- Turn off any gas equipment you suspect to be the cause of the leak
- Keep other people away from the affected area
- Turn off your gas meter unless it is in a confined space or cellar as the fumes may overcome you
