I think my bill is incorrect, what should I do?

If you think your bill is incorrect please check the charges are based on actual (rather than estimated) readings. If they're not you can supply us with the actual ones by managing your account online. Just click on Your Account to log in or register.

If you don't manage your account online, you can still provide us with meter readings. You’ll need the account number shown on your latest bill or contract and your postcode.

Alternatively you can phone or email us with your readings.
