FAQ Subject - Managing Your Account Online

I've forgotten my username, what should I do?

Click on login and then select 'Forgotten Username'. You'll then need to enter your Customer Account Number, Postcode and current registered email address.

We'll send your username and a new activation code to the email address you've registered. Simply click on the link contained in the email and complete the information requested to reactivate your online account.
