What if I can't afford to pay?

If you're unable to pay a bill then please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We could set up a payment plan or arrange to have a prepayment meter fitted which would collect a portion of the debt each week. It's important to contact us as soon as you can and we'll be happy to help you decide on a suitable arrangement for your circumstances.
