For your Plan the annual First unit threshold is 900 kWh for electricity and 2680 kWh for gas. A quarter is actually 91 days, however due to the dates meter readings are received, the length of a quarter can vary and is rarely exactly 91 days. When this happens we calculate the First unit threshold as follows:

Annual First unit threshold (900kWh for electricity, 2680kWh for gas) ÷ number of days in a year (365) x number of days in your billing period = number of First units shown on your bill.
