FAQ Subject - Understanding Your Bill

My bill has an incorrect meter number on it, what should I do?

If you have noticed that the meter serial number shown on your bill doesn’t match what it says on your meter please note down your serial number which can be found on a barcode sticker on the front of your meter.

Also note down your current meter readings and check for a tag or sticker attached to the meter which may give details of a meter exchange that we have not been told about. Please call us with this information on 0845 059 9905.
