Accurate Meter Readings

If you think your bill is too high, or too low, it may be because it is based on an estimated meter reading. This may be because we’ve been unable to get to your meter to take a meter reading, or we may have based your consumption on your previous energy usage figures.

We want your bills to be as accurate as possible, so, if you have received an estimated bill (you will see an E next to the reading), please call us with an up-to-date meter reading. We can then send you an accurate bill.
