Switching your business energy to us is easy. We promise you one point of contact throughout the transfer process. And once you have chosen the energy plan that suits you, we will:
- contact your previous supplier to start your transfer
- send you a detailed welcome pack containing your new account number and confirming the stages of the transfer process
- arrange a convenient time to call you to take an up-to-date meter reading. This is important as we need to make sure your bills are accurate.
Once the transfer is complete we will double check all your details before sending you an opening bill. The whole process will take approximately six weeks.
