Only one Energy Fit Starter Pack per household. The offer is limited and packs will be distributed on a first come first served basis. The Energy Fit Starter Pack may be withdrawn at anytime.
To receive an Energy Fit Starter Pack you must live in Great Britain and be a residential customer of E.ON for electricity and/or gas.
You must pay for your energy by either Direct Debit or prepayment and manage your account online unless you are a StayWarm or WarmAssist Fixed customer.
You agree to receiving information including marketing communications about products and services from us relating to energy fit.
If you are a new customer to online account management and do not register and activate your online account within 6 weeks of receiving your activation code you will not receive an Energy Fit Starter Pack. We are not responsible for any loss arising from late delivery of your Energy Fit Starter Pack.
You are responsible for fitting the monitor. We will not pay for any costs incurred in installing the monitor or transmitter. E.ON accepts no responsibility for monitors which do not work due to incorrect installation.
If a monitor fails within 12 months of the date of receipt we will replace it free of charge providing it has not been damaged through misuse.
