How to apply for FiT payments

Important Additional Information: 

Before you apply,

  • Please read our FiT factsheet (PDF) to make sure that your device qualifies. 
  • Your application needs to include a generation meter reading too, taken within five working days of us receiving your application. Most customers take the reading on the day they email their scanned application. Unfortunately, if your reading is over five working days old, we'll have to ask you to reapply.
  • If you need more information, please read our Frequently Asked Questions. 
  • If you don't have a generation meter fitted to your device, please let us know and we'll sort it out for you.

With all applications a PV Declaration is required to confirm the relevant energy efficiency requirement and whether this has been met. This is found within the Application Form.
