1.  Registering your supplies

First, you’ll need to find out your electricity and gas supply numbers. For electricity, this is known as your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) and you can get it from your local electricity distributor. If you’re not sure who your distributor is, you can find out at energynetworks.org.

For gas, it’s called your Meter Point Reference Number (MPR). To get it, simply call the MPR enquiry line on        0870 608 1524 and ask for your MPR. We’ll also need some details about your energy use.

We’re always looking for ways to be more sustainable to help reach our net zero targets and consolidating your statements into a digital format is helping us do just that. Not only does it reduce the amount of paper we use, but it also saves you sifting through mountains of bills and possibly losing one or two in the process.

Introducing your quarterly Consolidated Statement

A digital interactive statement will be sent directly to your inbox, the first page is a summary of all charges and a handy guide to explain how to use and complete the statement.

When you’re ready to drill down to the detail, there’s billing information for all your metered supplies, including final charges, and they’re all grouped by building site making it easier to find individual charges.

We’ve also included a dispute charges option, once chosen we’ll investigate your query and amend for the next statement if needed. 

Once everything is checked and you’ve marked each tab with your preference, send it back to us by email. When your BACs payment is received, your statement acts as a remittance so we can allocate payments to the correct accounts.

Finally, if you’d still like a copy of each bill, we’ve got that covered, every time we send your statement, we’ll include copies of all the individual charges so you have them to hand if needed.
