Coronavirus update

We know coronavirus is affecting all of us in different ways. We are working hard to ensure we keep you on supply and continue to provide a high level of service no matter what your requirements.

If you're a prepayment customer we recommend keeping your meter topped up with as much credit as possible, so you have your emergency credit available should you need it.

To prevent further spread of the virus we may have to operate with reduced numbers of colleagues. So we’re asking customers to register to manage their accounts online where possible, so we can leave phone lines free for customers who may need our help the most. 

Please continue to submit meter readings to ensure you continue to receive accurate bills.
