E.ON is fully committed to the Ombudsman Services: Energy. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve your complaint after following our usual complaints procedure, you can refer it to the Ombudsman.
If you’re a SME customer, you can also refer your complaint to the Ombudsman if your business meets certain criteria.
To use this service your business must consume less than 100,000 kWh of electricity or 293,000 kWh of gas yearly, or have fewer than 10 employees (or their full time equivalent) and an annual turnover or balance sheet of less than 2 million Euros.
Ombudsman Services: Energy is a free and independent service which is empowered to resolve disputes between customers and their energy companies that have not been resolved within 8 weeks.
