E.ON has joined Which?’s Approved Service scheme for its solar, air source heat pump and boiler installation services.

Which? Trusted Traders is delighted to announce E.ON’s solutions division (E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd) as the newest member of its Approved Service scheme.

E.ON is the UK’s largest electricity provider and offers a wide range of efficient and smart technologies to help customers take action for climate by using less energy and even generating and storing it themselves.

Impartial and reliable view

Which? Trusted Traders has endorsed E.ON’s solutions division as an Approved Service scheme for its first and only accreditations for solar and air source heat pump installations in the UK, as well as for its boiler installation services.

This means that the energy solutions provider has been through Which?’s tough endorsement process, passing its stringent assessment to meet its scheme requirements. Which? looked at E.ON’s solutions business’ installer competencies, complaints process and background checks to ensure they meet its high standards as well as its financial health and insurance policies.

The company can proudly display the Which? Trusted Traders Approved Service logo in its marketing material, online and on social media to celebrate becoming an Approved Service.

As part of the endorsement, consumers can now read genuine moderated reviews on the E.ON Which? Trusted Trader profile page

Chris Lovatt, Chief Operating Officer of E.ON UK Energy Solutions, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the Which?
