A powerful partnership

Every year, one in four people will experience a mental health problem. And hundreds of thousands of us are still struggling. Mind believes that no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Their mission is simple. Mind won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

Mind need people like you; people who give their time, money, energy and passion to make sure Mind can be there for everyone who needs them.

Mental health is in crisis

Mind is there to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support.

Sadly, 75% of us with mental health problems don’t get the help we need.
40% of GP appointments now involve mental health.
1 in 4 of us experience a mental health problem in any given year.

We can make a difference

The health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is at the heart of everything we do at E.ON. We have over 100 'Wellbeing Warriors' across our UK organization dedicating their time to support our colleagues and business with mental health and wellbeing, running campaigns to raise awareness and hosting regular 'time to talk' sessions which are lead by our senior leaders. Time to talk sessions cover a vast range of topics from general wellbeing conversations, through to bereavement and diversity. We're committed to speaking openly about this subject to help remove the stigma and give a voice to our colleagues who might need help and support.

That's why we're passionate about our partnership with Mind and the things we can achieve together - raising money and awareness that will change countless people's lives.

Our previous partnership achievements

Over the past five and a half years, we’ve been working with Alzheimer's Society as our longest ever charity partner, as voted for by E.ON employees.

Our partnership with Alzheimer's Society has been a huge success, both from a fundraising point of view and engaging our colleagues into helping create dementia friendly and aware communities. It really has demonstrated how none of us is as strong as all of us together.
