Our whistleblowing process

E.ON maintains a hotline and an externally operated website for raising concerns of possible infringements of laws or regulations. Concerns can be raised anonymously and in confidence not only by our staff, but also by our business partners, their employees and other third parties.

You can report possible cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, human rights or modern slavery violations, violations of competition and capital markets laws, insider trading rules and data protection laws by telephone or the website.

The whistleblowing channels are not intended for customer complaints or other customer related issues. For those issues please see our contact details.

Due to our commitment to providing high quality products and services to our customers, we have been successful in obtaining the following ISO accreditations:

These are a set of international standards showing that we provide quality goods and services as well as work hard to minimise our impacts on the environment.

Quality Management System – ISO 9001

We are committed to achieving and maintaining excellence for our customers. We operate a quality management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for the following scope: The design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of building energy management systems and hold Certificate Number: FS 571081 for and on behalf of BSI.

Environmental – ISO 14001

We hold Certificate Number: EMS 587470 and operates an Environmental Management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 for the following scope: The design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of building energy management systems. We achieve this by unlocking the value of energy management for our clients by reducing real time demand for energy, improving energy efficiency and delivering sustainable energy savings.

Energy – ISO 50001

We hold Certificate Number: ENMS 623239 and operates an Energy Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 50001:2011 for the following scope: The energy management system associated with the design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of building energy management systems at designated named locations, including use of purchased gas for heating, electricity for office equipment, lighting and cooling, petrol and diesel for transport.
