We create meaningful careers for all, offering apprenticeships, employability skills, and careers advice. With over 230 apprentices and support for local SMEs, we help shape the future workforce. We're driving decarbonisation with renewable energy, partnering with cities like Coventry to build a sustainable future. We also install energy-saving measures in homes, businesses and public spaces to lower bills and carbon footprints. At E.ON, we’re dedicated to supporting the communities we serve. From providing free home adaptations for elderly and vulnerable residents to funding local projects and volunteering for community improvements like tree planting and waste removal, we aim to inspire and add lasting value to people's lives. We’re committed to protecting the environment through initiatives like tree planting and creating community food gardens in Coventry and Sheffield. We also support conservation efforts with the Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust and partner with Treekly to engage communities and colleagues in tree planting events. We empower young people with essential life skills, from understanding energy usage to exploring renewable technologies and STEM careers. Through over 50 apprenticeship schemes and our Enterprise Advisors, we support 35 schools across the Midlands with education on energy efficiency, renewables, and career guidance.
