The days are getting darker and the temperature is dropping – it’s the time of year when we’re digging out the winter coat from the back of the wardrobe and dusting off our umbrellas. There's plenty to love about Autumn, but the shift from summer into winter can be tough, so we've come up with a few things that might help.

Don't forget to recharge

When the weather’s got you feeling down, it’s important to take a little time out for yourself.

This autumn, why not take a few minutes to recharge your mind, body and soul through exercise, mindfulness and meditation, or just a delicious juice, at our Recharge Retreat. In the meantime, check out our tips from TV's Melanie Sykes

We'll also have food and wellness expert, Jasmine Hemsley, mental health expert, Roxie Nafousi, and movement expert, Roger Frampton, at the event.

Visit us, and you will also learn how to take away the stress of managing your gas and electricity use with technology like smart meters and solar panels, so that you have even more time to relax.
