Unlimited supply of hot water on demand

Price includes installation and removal of your old boiler

How does a combi boiler work?

Combi boilers heat water from the mains on demand so when you turn the tap on, the boiler fires up and hot water is delivered straight to you. As they’re designed to heat water immediately, there’s no need for a hot water cylinder or tank which are usually found with other boiler types.

Why choose a new combi boiler?

Space saving

Some Worcester combi boilers are small enough to fit in a cupboard. There’s no need for a hot water cylinder or tank, freeing up valuable space in your home.

Fast and safe installation

We'll install within five working days if you're without heating and hot water2 and apply safe space working practice to protect you following COVID-19.

Highly efficient
combi boilers

Our combi boilers are A-rated for efficiency – hot water is only heated when you need it, rather than it being heated and then stored.

Spread the cost with finance

Make buying a combi boiler as simple as possible by choosing the best finance option for you – whether that’s by spreading the cost over three years with our 0% APR3 interest-free option or with our other affordable options. We’re a credit broker and not a lender.

Combi boiler prices

The price of a Worcester combi boiler depends on the size needed for your home and whether you need it moving. You could get a new combi boiler, replaced in the same place, from £1,9951 when bought online.

What size boiler do I need?

The size of a Worcester combi boiler refers to its output in kilowatts (kW). Generally, the more heat and hot water needed, the higher output you need. The right size depends on:

  • The size of your home (including how many radiators you have)
  • How much hot water you need i.e. a large family will have a higher demand than a small family
  • Water pressure in your area
  • Heat loss in your home

How is a combi boiler different to other boiler types?

There are three types of boilers – combination, system and regular:

  • Regular boilers rely on a cold water storage tank in the loft – water is heated by a heat exchanger and pumped to a cylinder where it’s stored ready for you to use
  • System boilers have a built-in heat exchanger, where water is heated and then stored in a cylinder, often found in an airing cupboard
  • Combi boilers do not have a tank or cylinder, they heat hot water on demand i.e. when you switch your tap on
