How long will it take my new replacement boiler to arrive?
Where we can, we'll always aim to provide installation for a new boiler where it's being replaced in the same location from as littlle as 48 hours. If additional work is required, such as a new boiler location or central heating upgrade, it may take longer to organise and to install but we'll advise you at the time of purchase and always keep you up to date with the installation date.
Please note: some boiler manufacturers are experiencing component shortages. We will be in touch if your installation date is impacted.
How long does it take to fit a new boiler?
A like-for-like boiler replacement would on most occasions take from as litle as two days. However, if you're moving the location of your boiler, require an upgrade, or you need new radiators; the installation may take longer. Learn more about boiler installation times.
Will you show me how to use my new boiler?
Yes, we will! Once your new or replacement boiler has been safely fitted, the engineer will take you through how it works and provide you with a complete handover pack, including manufacturer’s instructions, electrical minor works certificate (if required), a gas certificate and a building notification.

Which Greenstar Worcester Bosch boiler do I need?
The size and type of Worcester Bosch boiler you need depends on the number of rooms, radiators and bathrooms in your home as well as the type of a boiler you currently have.
For a small home with one to two bedrooms and one bathroom a combi boiler between 12-18 kWs such as Worcester Bosch Greenstar Ri would be suitable. Combi boilers are suitable for small to medium homes with limited storage room where no more than two hot taps run at the same time.
For a busy larger household with three and more bedrooms a heat only boiler (system boiler or regular boiler) would be more appropriate as it can accommodate higher demand of hot water. The size will be over 18 kWs based on the number of bedrooms and radiators in your home.
