Workplace EV charging grants: The Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS)

The Workplace Charging Scheme is workplace EV charging grant scheme provided by the Office for Zero Emissions Vehicles (OZEV). This means that if you’re installing electric charging points at your business to be used by your employees, your workplace could receive up to £350 per charge point (maximum of 40 sockets) towards the cost of your commercial EV charging stations. We can support with your application and provide necessary services such as a full site survey to ensure you meet all of the requirements for the funding.

The legal stuff

* All charging speeds referenced are dependant on the age, make and model of your electric vehicle. Where we state charging times, these are based upon based on a starting battery level of 20% charging to 80% as recommended by most EV manufacturers.
