Online reviews - SME guidelines
We want to know what you think. Of course, as this is a public space, we also have a few ground rules. We moderate all submissions. Reviews that break these rules won’t be used on our site.
We’ll accept both positive and negative reviews, but please keep them free of profanity and obscenity. We can’t use reviews that we deem as offensive, discriminatory or illegal, or anything we identify as spam. We won’t show reviews that make obviously false or unsubstantiated allegations, or that are marketing messages.

Don't break the law
Illegal content or behaviour isn’t allowed in our reviews. Don’t link or post any copyrighted or pornographic material, and don’t engage in behaviours like harassment, intimidation or abuse.
Be clear and focused
Keep your review focused on your account or the tariff you’re rating. We won’t be able to use reviews that don’t specifically discuss your personal experience of E.ON. Your review needs to be in English, and intelligible so other customers can read it (we won’t be able to use reviews that use random characters or meaningless word strings).
Keep your information safe
Make sure you don’t include any personally identifiable information (for example, phone numbers, addresses and account numbers) in your review. We won’t use any reviews that include data that could lead to identity theft.
If a review contains information that identifies the user as being under the age of 13, we won’t be able to use it on our site.
