How we're helping support our E.ON Heat customers during coronavirus

I'm an E.ON Heat customer, how can you help me?

If you suffer a loss of supply or a leak, please continue to call us on 0345 302 4312. Note that this number's for E.ON Heat customers only.

We're asking all customers, where possible, to register their online account through our website. From there you can manage your account through our self-serve applications.

We ask that you email heat@eon-uk.com, leaving our phone lines free for customers who might need our help the most.

Manage your account

Registering to manage your account online allows you to view and pay bills and much more.

Get in touch

If you require assistance and want to help keep the phone lines free, you can send us an email and we'll get in touch as soon as we can.

I have a prepayment meter, I'm self-isolating, and I'm running low on energy - what should I do?

If your meter falls below the emergency credit for your heat meter, please call us on 0345 302 4312. Note that this number is for E.ON Heat customers only.

We’ll continually review this situation for our customers to help ensure we minimise any adverse impacts of self-isolation.

What else are you doing to help those who need it most and keep people safe?

It’s crucial we focus on supporting our most in-need customers and do all we can to help minimise the spread of the virus. In line with latest advice from government and health officials and to protect both its customers and colleagues, E.ON has also stopped all non-essential home visits from our engineers and installers, such as such as servicing your Heat Interface Unit (HIU).
