Energy improvements for your home

Working in collaboration with councils, we're helping to deliver the Local Authority Delivery scheme, Home Upgrade Grant and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.

These grants and schemes provide free measures to improve the energy efficiency of eligible homes. Helping the UK to reach net zero by 2050 by creating low energy cost homes for the future.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme

Has replaced the Renewable Heat Incentive, this government fund promotes the use of renewable heating systems and offers £7,500 to eligible customers, to help towards the cost and installation of an air source heat pump1.

The long-term benefits of installing a low carbon heating system, means you'll get cleaner energy, while increasing your energy savings. We’ve also been awarded the UK’s first Which? Trusted Trader accreditation for Air Source Heat Pump services, so you can be confident you'll be in safe hands. If you’re looking to replace your boiler, this could be the scheme for you.

Smart Export Guarantee (SEG)

As part of the Government's Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) obligation, we offer an export tariff, as a mandatory SEG licensee.

If you generate renewable electricity in your home or business, you can earn money for excess electricity you don't use when you export it back to the grid2.

Green Funding Solutions

We work with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Government Departments, and other important parties to create and carry out large-scale home improvement projects that are in line with public and private funding plans.

If you're a landlord of a property with no central heating system installed, you may be able to get funding through the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) for energy-efficient improvements to your rental property. Your tenant will need to be receiving a qualifying benefit or have a low household income, along with the property having a low EPC rating. Find out if you and your tenant are eligible.

EV charge point grants for landlords

If you're a residential landlord or managing agent for a group of rental properties, you may be able to benefit from government funding towards the installation of EV charging points. Future-proof your properties, and you could make them more appealing to a wider range of tenants.
