Making renewable energy add up

We’re a leading renewable energy generation in the UK.

We have worked with councils, social landlords and housing authorities, to help them save energy, access funding and benefit from low carbon technologies.

We can help you explore funding for your renewable energy projects. Last year, we fully funded 3500 domestic solar PV arrays for social housing tenants. This year we’ve helped fund

500 PV arrays and 200 heat pumps, using Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) funding. Looking to the future, funding options include:

  • Government grants and subsidies – the Feed in Tariff (FiT) , the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).
  • Green Deal , a loan tied to the house. The energy savings pay for the loan.
  • The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) provides financial support to tackle fuel poverty.

We help to reduce tenants’ energy bills with our energy saving projects. In Nottingham, 600 families save up to a third on their electricity bills with the free solar panels we installed. We also give jobs and training to local people.

We install low carbon equipment which can help you hit your CO2 reduction targets. In Huddersfield
187 ground source heat pumps help residents reduce carbon emissions by two thirds.
