Moving out of your premises

To notify us that you're no longer responsible for the energy at a premises, please complete the form below.   If you don't provide all of the information we may not be able to complete your request and you may remain responsible for the payment of all invoices related to the premises. Please note that details need to be confirmed by both parties before we can complete the transfer.

Meter information for your old premises:

This is your Meter Point Address number (MPAN) for your electricity supply, or your Meter Point Reference (MPR) for your gas supply. You can find these on your bill.
