With the app you can:
• Make a payment
• Submit meter readings for your gas and electricity
• Manage your Smart Pay As You Go account
• See your account balance and Smart Pay As You Go transaction history
• Track your energy use over time
• Get energy saving advice
• Find 24 hour emergency contact numbers
The in-app ‘Torch’ - You can press the new torch icon when you’re reading your meters in low light. This will activate your smartphones built in flash light, helping you to read your meter.
Improvements to the account summary screens - It's now clearer for you to see the payments you've made, your last bill balance and a live balance within the app.
Fixed: Customers using Android version 4.1 and below weren’t able to install the app.

Compatibility: Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The app is optimised for iPhone 5 & 6.
If you’ve just joined us: You’ll need to call us on 0333 202 4586 with your opening meter reading before you can use the app.
If you're a Business Maximum Demand customer: (Using a high capacity electricity meter), you won't be able to give us meter readings using the app. So give us a call on 0333 202 4586, we’re here Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
If you’re an Energy Protect customer or a business customer with over 20 sites: We’re sorry, but you won't be able to use the app.
