  • Let us know you're moving

    Complete one of the simple forms below so that we can either close your E.ON account, or set you up to receive your first bill. If you're a landlord and have tenants moving in or out, we've got a form for you too.

    If you've got a half hourly account, please let us know about your move by sending us an email instead.


We've made it easy

  1. Read your meter

    Write down all of your meter readings, the date you took them, and your account number from a recent bill.

  2. Complete the form  

    Select the correct form from below, and enter your details*.

  3. You're done

    We'll check the details and call you if we need anything else to complete your move.

    If you’re closing your account, please don’t cancel your Direct Debit as you'll still need to pay your final bill, or if you're in credit, we may need to refund this to you. If you have a question about a refund, you can read our FAQ's.


    If you’re moving in and out of more than one site, or have sites with multiple meters, please call 0345 055 0065 us for the next steps. We're here from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.


    Broker or Consultant?

    Please have the necessary letter of authority before contacting us. To provide the best level of service we may need to speak to the customer or other data providers to confirm the details of any change of tenancy. If you need any more information, just give us a call on 0345 055 0065.
