I've not received my renewal letter

If you've had a letter about moving to half-hourly billing and your energy contract ends on or after 5 November 2015, we're still working on your renewal options.

We'll guarantee your current prices for a minimum of seven months, while we work hard behind the scenes to get ready for these billing changes.

You're free to change supplier any time after your current fixed price plan's come to an end. You'll still need to clear any outstanding balance, and make sure your new supplier requests all electricity supplies to your property (or we may object to your switch).
