If you’re a new E.ON customer, it’s because your supply hasn’t switched over to us yet. Check back again after your start date and we’ll set up another appointment for you.

If you recently closed your E.ON account but are still interested in a smart meter, you can give us a call on 0333 202 4826 to talk to someone about re-opening your account. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
