What is Green Deal?

The Green Deal is a Government -led energy saving scheme, designed to encourage more people to make their home more energy efficient. Through the scheme, E.ON can help with the installation of Solid Wall Insulation and in certain areas funding is available towards the cost of the install, other energy efficiency improvements are available. When does the Green Deal start?

The Green Deal started in January 2013.

What can be purchased under the Green Deal?

The Green Deal will allow customers to have insulation and micro generation improvements such as:

Loft insulation
Solid wall insulation
Cavity wall insulation
Draught insulation
Solar panels
Wind turbines
Heat pumps such as ground source heat pumps and air source heat pumps.
