Property details
In order for us to fit your new smart meter, we’ll need to turn off your electricity for around half an hour. If you’re having a smart meter installed for your gas as well, it’ll take us another half an hour, so please make sure you’re able to do this.

We’re legally required to make sure someone aged 18 or over is present at the time of the installation. If you choose ‘no’ we won’t be able to install your smart meter at that date and time.

We’ll need to know where your meters are so we can find them easily. We’re currently unable to fit a smart meter for you if your current electricity meter is in a communal cupboard.

We’ll need to know where your meters are so we can find them easily. We’re currently unable to fit a smart meter for you if your current gas meter is in an outside box in the ground.
