The app is designed to work best on iOS7 and iOS8.

Please note that not all our customers can set up an online account at the moment and therefore use the app. These include Energy Protect, StayWarm and Warm Assist customers or business customers with over 20 sites.

Just joined us?

You'll just need to give us your opening meter reading first to be able to use the app. If you're a Maximum Demand Business customer you'll not be able to supply us with meter readings via the app, so please call us on 0333 202 4586, we’re here Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
