Lost or faulty gas card or electricity key

Don't worry, it happens to us all. Just fill in the form to ask us for a replacement gas card or electricity key.

We'll try and get back to you within 15 minutes if you've contacted us Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm or Saturday between 8am to 6pm.
