Credit doesn't show on meter

If you can't transfer your credit to your prepayment meter, here are some troubleshooting tips for gas meters using cards and electricity meters using keys.

Gas meters with a card

If the card isn't transferring the credit to your meter, carefully remove the card and reinsert it into the meter.

Electricity meters with a key

If the key isn't transferring the credit to your meter, insert the key back into the meter and try again.
