It's great that you're interested in having a smart meter, but we can only offer it to you if you've got both of your fuels with us.
Please give us a call on 0333 202 4662 and we'll get your electricity switched over to us. We'll take care of everything so you don't have to worry. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, or Saturday 8am to 4pm.
Once you've switched, we'll be able to check if you're able to have a smart meter for both your fuels.
