Why has my price increased so much?
Your price can increase for a number of reasons:
You’re on a fixed term contract which has ended and you have renewed onto a new plan which is more expensive
You may be using more energy if your circumstances have changed i.e had a baby, more people in the property or if you’ve moved house
The weather has changed – i.e you’ll use more energy during the winter
If you have been underpaying for your energy we may have increased your monthly payments to cover what you’re using plus clear any outstanding balance on your account
