When you log in to your online account or ask us for a quote, our pages are secure, which means all the personal details you type in are encrypted before they’re sent to us.
We then store and use this information securely, so it can't be read by anyone who doesn't need to see it.
When you get in touch with us, we'll ask you a couple of security questions before we share any personal details, just to check it's you.
Occasionally, we may need to share your details with our partners or credit reference agencies (CRAs), to make sure you get a good service from us, but we won't use them for marketing without asking you first.
If you apply for ECO Affordable Warmth funded measures, we'll ask you if you’re happy for us to share your name and address with the Energy Saving Trust and with the Department for Work and Pensions to confirm whether you're entitled to the assistance. This means you won’t need to provide evidence of eligibility yourself. All information shared with the Energy Saving Trust and the Department for Work and Pensions is via a secure portal and in line with the Data Protection Act.
