When you switch to E.ON, we'll need to gather personal information such as your name, telephone number, email address, postal address, date of birth and your current supplier. This helps us complete your transfer to us.
We’ll then store and use this information securely and in line with Ofgem standards, so it can't be read by anyone who doesn't need to see it. We’ll only keep it for as long as we need to and use it for the purpose its intended.
