We’ve designed our smartphone app to help make our customers’ lives easier – helping you to manage your energy account wherever you are from your phone.
But did you know what services you can access online or via our app? Read on to discover what you can do on our app.
- Give a meter reading – providing us with your meter readings helps to make sure that you don’t receive estimated bills, and only pay for the energy that you use. And you can even use the in-app torch to help you read your meter when it’s dark.
- View your current bill – read your bill breakdown to understand what you’re being charged for.
- Check you’re on the best tariff for you – in just a couple of minutes, you can check your tariff price and features compared to our other tariffs and switch to a different one if you find one that better suits you.
- Understand your energy use breakdown with E.ON See –spending more time at home recently has meant that we’re all probably using more energy than normal, so by using E.ON See on our app you’ll be able to see what energy you use and take control.
- Adjust your Direct Debit amount – if you need to change the amount you pay us, you don’t need to call us. It’s easy to do it yourself on our app.
- Get in touch with us – if you need extra support you can get in touch with one of our advisors directly from the app by using our Live Chat function.
- Make a one-off payment – you can easily pay your bill with the click of a button, with no need to get in touch with us.

To use our app you'll need an online E.ON account and to have received your first bill. Our app is available for both Android and Apple devices and can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store respectively.
Once downloaded you can easily log in to manage your energy account from your phone wherever you are – and can set up Facial Recognition or Fingerprint Login on compatible devices to make it even easier in the future.
