Your personal projection
Your personal projection is an estimate of how much your electricity or gas will cost over the next 12 months.
We base your personal projection on your tariff prices, your usage, any discounts you get and VAT. It may be based on estimated readings. If you change your tariff, or if our prices change, your personal projection will change too.
Could you pay less?
We’ll tell you on every statement if you could save money. This is how we’ll do it:
1 We’ll compare your tariff against our other tariffs that work in the same way. For example, if you’re on a fixed price tariff, we’ll compare it against our other fixed price tariffs. And if we’ve got a cheaper tariff that works in the same way, we’ll let you know how much you could save.
2 We’ll compare your tariff against all our tariffs. For example, if you’re on a fixed price tariff, we’ll compare it against both our fixed and our variable price tariffs. And if we have a tariff that is are cheaper than your tariff, we’ll let you know how much you could save.
3 We’ll also check if you could save money by changing how you pay or changing the way you get your statements. And if you have an electricity meter with more than one rate (e.g. Day rate, Night rate), we’ll also check if you could save money by moving onto single rate electricity.
If you’ve got both electricity and gas on the same statement, we’ll include this information separately for each fuel.
