Do I need to provide a death certificate?

Yes. We'll need a death certificate to be able to deal with the account.

Will you disconnect the property now? It might be vacant?

We don’t disconnect a property just because it becomes vacant. When someone has died, we wait for a request from the executor, solicitor or person in charge of the house.

How else can you help me?

We have partnered with Phillips & Cohen Associates who are probate and executor specialists, providing an excellent service. They are all trained grief counsellors and are endorsed by the Samaritans for the approach they take handling bereavement. Just let us know if you would like us to provide you with their details.
