Yes, we’ll arrange this once you’ve contacted us. It usually takes 10 working days for the meter removal to be carried out.

Are there any other options?

Yes, you could consider a service alteration. This means the services to your property are moved to a different position. The distribution company in your area should be able to help you with this.

I'm renovating my property and need the power turning off

Call us on 0115 995 5181 to arrange for us to come and remove the fuse. We will need 10 days’ notice and it will cost £64.76, including the return visit, to put the fuse back in.
