There are two ways you can do this:
- If you haven't registered to manage your account online, you can give us the information we need by emailing us,
- If you do manage your account online, you can give us all the necessary information via this website by clicking on the link below. You’ll need a copy of a recent E.ON gas or electricity bill to hand.
