Environmental information

Since 2004 we've published a sustainability report annually, providing comprehensive information about our sustainability management approaches, measures and progress made that year. In most instances, the information you're looking for can be found in the sustainability report. If you've already read the report, but wish to request further information, please complete the request form over on our E.ON Next website. 

Once we've received your request, we'll consider whether sufficient detail about your request has been provided and whether information requested is disclosable to you. We'll contact you within 20 working days either with the information or with an update (subject to you paying our reasonable costs). 

If you would prefer to send your request by post, please clearly mark it as a request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations and address it to:

Please note that we're entitled to charge you with our reasonable costs incurred in providing you with the information requested. This includes the following: 

• The cost of staff time incurred when preparing information to be supplied
• The cost of printing/copying the information and sending it to you

We'll request payment in advance of us providing the information to you and may not be able to provide the information until cleared funds have been received. 

Where we consider that it will not be reasonable to charge you with our costs then the costs will be waived, and we'll advise you that this is the case.
