If you're a Pay As You Go customer we recommend you keep your meter topped up in a credit balance.

Register for an online energy account where you’ll be able to manage your payments, view bills, provide meter readings, and renew your contract. 

If you haven't got an online account you can still pay your bill and give us your meter reading on our website. This helps us keep phone lines free for customers who may need our help the most.
