"E.ON Next customers will be offered fair tariffs and service rated ‘excellent’ on Trustpilot, as well as the 100% renewable electricity that we provide to all our customers’ homes, as standard and at no extra cost."

Michael Lewis, Chief Executive of E.ON UK

E.ON has been appointed to look after the customers of failed suppliers ENSTROGA, Igloo Energy Supply Limited and Symbio Energy and will move their customers to its new E.ON Next platform.

Michael Lewis, Chief Executive of E.ON UK, welcomed former ENSTROGA, Igloo Energy Supply Limited and Symbio Energy customers and pledged the E.ON Next team would ensure their switch runs smoothly.

He said: “We can reassure customers they don’t need to do anything; we’ll be in touch to take care of them during their move to E.ON Next. We’ll be working closely with their previous supplier so they have a smooth transition and there’s no interruption to their energy supply. We’ll also be making sure customers with a credit balance on their account aren’t left out of pocket.

“By joining E.ON Next customers will be offered fair tariffs and service rated ‘excellent’ on Trustpilot, as well as the 100% renewable electricity that we provide to all our customers’ homes, as standard and at no extra cost.”

We ask that ENSTROGA, Igloo Energy Supply Limited and Symbio Energy customers don’t contact E.ON Next right now as we are only now beginning the process of identifying and moving accounts to our systems. All customers will be contacted over the coming days but in the meantime, more details can be found at eonnext.com.
