Best Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Strategy 

E.ON has won a national award for its commitment to diversity and inclusion in its recruitment practices. At the prestigious 2013 FIRM Awards in London, we secured the award for ‘Best Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Strategy’ — an honour that recognises companies that have shown exceptional creativity and innovation in this area. 

 In receiving the award, we were commended for our holistic approach to addressing diversity and inclusion. Despite being a large and complex organisation, we managed to successfully include all of our business units in the drive to promote best practice.
